Shorties cannot surpass creative movie

Hi. I have recently visited some blogs and I have noticed an incredibly long battle of criticism between making a short movie and a reasonably long one and as I have nothing else to report on, I will explain my point of view.

Firstly, reasonably long and creative movies (clue's in the name) is creative and MSP themselves agreed that it is good to be creative. Short movies are only a way to earn fame and fortune. Think of it realistically, in real life you don't get money for watching movies. Instead, you have to pay to watch them. As nobody likes likes to waste money, nobody will watch a movie that lasts for 10 seconds.

Furthermore, you need money to produce a movie in the real world - no matter how short. Overall, realistically, you will lose quite a lot.

You might think,"so what, who cares about real life? I only do it on MSP cause it earns me fame and money." Well if you do I have MSP data on my movies to argue with that:

Notice how reasonably long movies like Family, Superhero and savior have all beaten the shorties. The only shortie to surpass 50 star coins is Introduction of me. The story doesn't end there either. Think about it, when was the last time a shortie won a competition? Or that one had reached the first page of the high scores
board? The answer to these questions is never. So there is prof that shorties cannot surpass creative movies.
